On December 20, 1983, the 01 Field Office, Region IV, received an allegation
- from a Quality Control (QC) inspector, employed by the Daniel International Corporation at the Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Construction site. These allegations were that Daniel Internation Corporation improperly dispositioned a bad weld; that Daniel International Corporation used improper QC practices; and that the alleger had been intimidated by a senior QC supervisor that resulted in the alleger's resignation. On January 16, 1984, additional infonnation, developed
-from Q4-84-002, indicated validity to the allegation of intimidation.
Circumstances surrounding the alleged intimidation will be investigated. M DATE: January 31, 1984 - Depending on available resources, this investigation is planned for July / August 1984 time frame.
DATE: February 29, 1984 - Depending on available reso6rces, this investigation is planned for July / August 1984 time frame.

DATE: March 31, 1984 - Investigation is complete.and report in writing.
ROI will be submitted for typing during the first week of April 1984.
