Dear Sir:
The attached pages identify changes that will be made to the W3 SES E=ergency Plan and Procedures. These changes will be made, and plan and procedure revisions completed by May 4, 1984.
A letter to Waterford 3 l
licensed operatore and shift supervisors addressing emergency classification and notifications is also attached.
Attach =ent I contains changes to be made to the Emergency Plan. Attachment 2 contains changes to be made to the Emergency Plan Implementing Document. contains changes to be made to the Corporate Command Center and Emergency News Center procedures (NSI-401 through NSI-411, and NSI-421 through NSI-441 respectively).
