TRANSMITTAL OF FEMA'S SUPPLEMENTAL INTERIM FINDINGS ON WATERFORD 3 TO LP&L Please transmit the enclosed FEMA supplemental interim finding report on Waterford 3 offsite plans for subsequent transmittal to LP&L. FEMA's report addressed the four offsite plannirg issues specified by the ASLB, which were discussed in EPB's previous memorandum to you dated March 26, 1984.
FEMA notes that issues 1, 3 and 4 have been resolved.
Issue 2 will be resolved when letters of agreement nave been received in FEMA's Regional Office.
A draft transmittal letter is also enclosed.
Please provide this Branch with a copy of the final correspondence.
