CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. G. Pierce of your staff and Mr P. J. Kellogg of the NRC ccacerning a meeting to be held at your Browns Ferry Nuclear plant on January 8,1993. The time of the meeting was established for 1130 a.m. in the Administrative Building Conference Room.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the upcoming refueling outage for Unit 2, and re-construction status of Unit 3 and stainless steel cracking.
