SUBJECT:
CHANGE TO TASK ORDER 001, CAT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT The CAT team leader has requested that Mr. Sperko participate in the second two weeks of inspection of the Waterford CAT inspection.
This is an increase-of two weeks over the original task order.
The team leader also requested that an ICE specialist be added for the second two week inspection period at Waterford. A Mr. McCormick is being supplied by Paraueter.
Please make the necessary arrangements to change the Task Order.
