Something needs to be added to the SER. The statement on page 2 that the changes that took place on the telecon on January 12,1984 were not significant and did not have a significant affect on the amendment 4

as it was previously noticed... that's a conclusion but you have to -

have some support for that. The thing that you need to do there is to describe what those changes were - discuss them. Tell people what the changes were so that one can see whether or not they involve significant i
