The package, as far as it relates to the notice of the amendment is okay but as I gether from the cover letter you are also making some changes in the tech specs because of inadvertent deletions in a prior amendment. I
. looked through the package and cannot see that this was requested by the licensee and I do not see that it was covered by the prior notice. If so, you can't issue it this way. You can't slip them into an action on an amendment that was previously noticed and that doesn't relate to that.
Either have the licensee request the changes and go through the normal Sholly notice process or Order the changes. It would be okay to order these changes since they were inadvertently left out the last time and you want to put them back in. I doubt whether you can justify an inne-diately effective order; that's up to you. But it just cannot go out by slipping.it into some other amendment.
