POINT BEACH 1 CONTAINMENT INTEGRATED LEAK RATE TESTING (OELD#839746)

This package propc:es to allow some " containment purge supply and exhaust valves to be treated as type "B" valves rather than type "C" valves under Appendix'J". As to treat thct change as " administrative".

It strikes me that treatment is inconsistent with the words of Appendix J - the definition

of type "B" and type "C" tests in subsection 2 of Appendix J.

If that's it then I'm going to make them treat it as something other than administrative.

Probably make them analyze the three standards test rather than just treat it as an administrative change.
