The package is okay but the example is wrong. You use as the example justifying the change, example 1 of administrative changes. This change is much more than a minor administrative change.

Its a major change in the frequency of audits. Thebetterexampletouse,andtheoneusq/mostoften by others with these kinds of changes is example 7 - changes to make the license conform to changes in the Regulations.

Its a much better example.
