'This is alright but its written in a very stilted fashion. We don't guarantee o'

Its okay to do it this way but its overly stilted. Why don't we simply call these guys on the phone and tell them what this has to say, make sure they understand it and then simply write the same letter you have but change the concluding paragraph to indicate that... we have discussed this matter with your people and they understand this situation. Consequently we will undertake.our review on thi:,

Your letter holds up the review waiting ~ for-them to send you a letter, their letter. will probably have more discussion and you may get into an exchange of correspondence on the meaning of the standardi-zation policy before you can ever get around to doing the review.
