What's with the material on page three? A letter of October 28, 19837 That has to be an incorrect date. Second, it sounds to me like you're saying they added technical specifications by a letter we received after the original notice..If these new tech specs are included in this package, that's noggood. You can't do it that way. Those are additional technical specifications and they need separate noticing.

If you did not like the package as it came in from the licensee originally, deny it or condition it on additional conditions that we impose. That's a partial denial. In either event, the guy gets a right to a hearing. If in fact these are additional proposed technical specifications proposed by

the licensee then notice them under Sholly. You can't just stick tech specs into a package that you've previously noticed. You can't issue a license different from the one that you noticed.
