ROBINSON 2 CHANGES TO TECH SPECS '(841 621)

You need to do something to straighten out the inconsistencies in the notice.

The notice changes 2, 5 and 6, all indicate that these are revisions of existing tech specs, yet the example you give simply says its an additional restriction. Those are not the same thing.

If they are revisions that's fine, explain what the revisions are. There may very well be additional limitations in those revisions but you need to explain what the revisions in

-fact do..To simp.ly say it changes or revises it doesn't tell very much about

the nature of the change.
