'The package looks alright as far as it goes but its very hard to understand exactly what the function of this amendment is. Would you please return the packge with a copy of _ the existing technical specifications so that I can see what the change in technical specification actually is and what it actually appears to accomplish.

I just can't understand it from the applicant's incoming.

Please return the package with the existing tech specs, directed to me.
