Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Secondary Containment Capability Test Results The results of Secondary Containment capability testing performed are being reported in accordance with Oyster Creek Technical Specification 4.5.K 4.
Secondary Containment capability testing was performed in accordance with Oyster Creek Technical Specifications 4.5.K. The acceptance criteria of the test is satisfied if the Reactor Building is capable of maintaining at least .25 inches water vacuum with the Standby Gas Treatment System Filter Train flow rate less than 4000 cfm under calm wind conditions. The test was conducted on September 8,1994, and was performed prior to reactor refueling for our 15R outage. The results showed that Secondary Containment was capable of holding a minimum of .31 inches water vacuum with a Standby Gas Treatment System flow of 2280 cfm. These results are acceptable.
