I am in receipt of the Order dated April 29, 1983 setting oral argument on the

, appeal of Joint Intervenors from the partial initial decision cf the Licensing ' Board in this proceeding for June 14, 1983.

I am writing to request that the argument be rescheduled. I will be presenting the argument on behalf of Joint Intevenors but will be in the middle of a long planned family vacation, involving approximately 20 people, on June 14. I would be available for the argument any time from June 22 through the end of August with the exception of the following weeks during which I have trials scheduled: July 4, August 8 and 15.

Therefore, I respectfully request that the oral argument be rescheduled.
