Intervenor John G. Reed on June 29, 1982, filed " Final Particularization of Reed's Contentions 1, 2 and 3." This is to inform the Board that Applicant Union Electric Company intends to file, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.714 (c) , an answer to Mr. Reed's proposed contentions. The answer will address the requirements of 10 C.F.R. S 2.714 (b) and Commission case law as they apply to the admission of the proposed contentions for adjudication.
