Dear Mr. Denton:

It has come to my attention that, under date of May 5,

1984, Union Electric has submitted to you a booklet of papers, approxi-mately 2 1/2 inches thick, entitled " Financial Qualification Information."

On behalf of the joint intervenors, I hereby object to this submission, and further demand an opportunity to present evidence on the subject of financial qualifications.on. behalf of the joint intervenors, and to cross-examine the Union Electric officials with respect to their submission.

Denial of these rights denies due process of law.
