During the month of November,1978 the NRC Staff obtained, pursuant to the filed stipulation, dis:overy documents from Texas Utilities Generating Company and from Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL&P).

In addition, on December 1,1978, the Staff filed its " Response... To Houston Lighting & Power Company's First Set of Interrogatories And Requests For Production Of Documents."

Staff contemplates serving its interrogatories and requests for documents upon other parties to this proceeding during the month of December.
