On March 14, 1986, the Staff transmitted its affidavit addressing Applicants' organization for operation of the South Texas Project.
Attached thereto was Chapter 13 of the forthcoming SER on the South Texas Project.
I have received the attached memorandum from the Staff's affiant indicating that Figure 13.1 in the portion of the SER was incorrect and transmitting the correct figure.

AFFIDAVIT OF LAWRENCE P. CROCKER On March 12, 1986, I furnished you with an affidavit regarding the South Texas Project. Appended to my affidavit is a copy of Chapter 13, Conduct of Operations, of the staff's SER regarding the South Texas Project, which is to be published as NUREG-0781.
Figure 13.1 of the appended Chapter 13 is incorrect.
Enclosed is a later version of the HL&P corporate organization chart which should replace the Figure 13.1 now appearing in the attachme.
