Texas Projact or (ii) the date{on unich the opportunity for appellate w
review of a decision cf the NRC or any subsidiary tribunal lapses.

Any subsequent modifications to the forementioned South Texas Project n a_
antitrust license conditions will also apply to this Construction

imposed upon the South Texas Project Units 1 & 2 which do not pertain to Houston Lighting and Power Company, its corporate successors or assigns, shall not be attached to this Construction Permit (Operating License).
