Dear Administrative Judges:

On March 14, 1986, the Staff filed the Affidavit of Lawrence P. Crocker with regard to Applicants' organization for operations. On April 9, 1986, the Applicants amended the FSAR. That amendment included, inter alia, a number of changes to the Chapter 13 material on Conduct of Operations. The Staff hereby respectfully submits a Supplemental Affidavit of Lawrence P.

Crocker in light of those changes.
