,- In accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 22. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 22 shall be in effect from September 30, 1993 through September 29, 1994 with a total cost ceiling of $26,829.00. The amount of -

$24,842.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of

$1,987.00 represents the fixed fee.
