I am concerned about the plans to develop the Clinch River Breeder Reactor. I am worried about what such a project will do to the environment.
While I have some familiarity with the old 1977 Environ-mental Impact Statement, I believe that this document needs to be supplemented to take into account the design changes and regulatory changes in the past five
.; years. I urge you to require a supplement to the 1977 Environmental Impact. Statement for Clinch River.
Please send me a copy of the supplement when it is pre-pared.
