On behalf of the Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.,

I request the following documents pursuant to the Federal Freedom of Information Act:

1. All memoranda, letters, logs, notes of telephone conversations or any other documentation whatsoever of contacts between members of Congress and Commissioners and/or Commissioners' staffs and/or members of the offices of the General Counsel and Policy Evanuation related to the Clinch River Breeder Reactor. This request is limited to the time period between January, 1981, and the present.

conversations or any other documentation whatsoever of contacts between members of the White House Staff and Commissioners and/or Commissioners' staffs and/or members of the NRC Offices of General Counsel and Policy Evaluation related to the Clinch River Breeder Reactor. This request is limited to the time l period between January, 1981, and the present.

3. All memoranda, letters, logs, notes of telephone l conversations or any documentation whatsoever of contacts between employees of the executive branch of the U.S.. government (including but not limited to DOE employees) and Commissioners and/or Commissioners' staffs and/or members of the NRC Offices of General Counsel and Policy Evaluation related to the Clinch River Breeder Reactor. This request is limited to the time period between January, 1981, and the present.
