S. Nt. clear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendmant No. 2 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 issued to Sacramento hiunicipal Utility District which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, located in Sacramento County, California. The amendment becomes effective 30 days after the date of issuance.

The amend.nent r.: vises the administrative control section of the Technical Specifications for the Ranche Seco Nucicar Generating Station, Unit 1.

The applications for the amendment comply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.

Prior public notice of this amendment is not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
