LMITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COP 9tISSION DOCKET NO. 50-312 SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Connission (the Connission) has issued Amendment No.10 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54, issued to Sacramento Municipal Utility District (the licensee) for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station (the facility), located in Sacramento County, California. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
This amendment identifies and incorporates into the operating license the currently approved industrial security plan for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station.
The Connission has made appropriate findings as required by the ' Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Connission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. Prior public notice of this amendment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The Commission has determined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to l
10 CFR iS1.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement, or negative f
declaration and environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.790(d), the licensee's submittals dated November 26 and 29, 1976, and the security plan are being withheld from public disclosure because they are deemed to be connercial or financial
