.s OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Concission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No.
14 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 issued to Sacramento Municipal Utility District, which revised Techniccl Specifications for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, located in Sacramento County, California. The amendment is effective as of its date of' issuance.
This amendiaent revises the Technical Specif.ications, as related to the Cycle 2 core reload, and reflects plant operating 'imits for i
the fuel loading to be used during Cycle 2.
Added requirements in the 0.tmlifications of the Chemical-Radiation Supervisor are also included.
i The applications for the amendment comply with the standards 6nd rcquircrents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1054, as amended (the Act), end the Cormiss' ion's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the j
Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFP, Chapter I, which arJ set forth in the licenst amendaent.
Prior public notice of this amendacnt vias not. required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

'N 2-The Comission has determined that the issuance of this amendment-will not result in any significant environmental impact and that purs : ant to 10 CFl! 951.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement, or negative declaration and environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
