NOTICE.0F. WITHDRAWAL.0F. APPLICATION.FOR AMENDMENT.TO.EACILITY.0PERATING. LICENSE The ilnited States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted the request of Sacramento Municipal Utility District (the ' licensee) to withdraw its June 13, 1986 application for proposed amendment to facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rencbo Seco Nuclear Generatir, Station, located in Sacramento County, California.
The proposed amendment would have revised the Technical Specifications pertaining to Licensee Event Report clarifications in accordance with Generic Letter 83-43.
The Commission has previously issued a Notice of Consideration of suance

of Amendment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 6, 1987 (52 FR 16955).
However, by letter dated May 10, 1989, the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
For further details With respect to this action, see the application for amendment dated June 13, 1986, and the licensee's letter dated May 10, 1989, which withdrew the application for license amendment. The above documents are available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document Room, 2120 L Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., and the Martin Luther King Regional Library, 7340 24th Street Bypass, Sacramento, California 95822.
