Notice is hereby given that the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Corenission) has issued Amendment No. 1 to Facility Operating License
!!o. DPR-54 issued to Sacraaento flunicipal Utility District which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, located in Sacramento County, California. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment changes the surveillance regt$irements for the auxiliary feeduater pumps to require testing only when the average reactor coolant temperature is above 305 F.
The application for the a.cndment conplies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Enerr.y Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and th2 Commission's rules and regulations. The Coreaission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapte; I, which are set forth in the license amendment.
Prior public notice of this amendment is not required since the a:acndment does not involve a significant ha::ards consideration.
