7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COP 991SSION DOCKET NO. 50-312 SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AftENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 30 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54, issued to Sacramento Municipal Utility District, which revised Technical Specifica-tions for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station (the facility) located in Sacramento County, California. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
This amendment revises the Safety Limits and Limiting Safety System Settings Section of the Technical Specifications to permit plant operation at a flux-to-flow ratio of 1.08.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and require-ments of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comis-sion's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in j
10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. Prior public notice of this amendment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
