U UNITED STATES fiUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-312 SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMEriT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued A.endment No. 29 to Facility Operating License flo. DPR-54, issued to Sacramento Municipal Utility District, which revised Technical Specifica-tions for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station (the f acility) located in Sacramento County, California.
The amendment is e"s:-ive as of its date of issuance.
Tne atencrent revises the Tecnnical $;ecifications to reflect plant c:E a-ing limits fcr the fuel loading to be used during Cycle 4.
he application for the amendment complies with the standards and j
re:uirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and
