REVISED SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION ON IhTRACTION The subject letter dated February 28, 1980, cited TVA with infraction 50-560/80-03-01 and 50-567/80-03-01, failure to establish adequate measures to control radiography. A response to this infraction was submitted on March 24, 1980, and additional information was submitted ,
on April 28, 1980. I We were unable to complete reradiographing all 12 welds by June 1, 1980, as specified in our April 28, 1980, submittal. The welds are now expected to be reradiographed by July 1, 1980. M. Thomas of your staff was informed of this schedule on June 4, 1980.
