1. Any and all information concerning, adopted or approved , methods of pro-rating costs to generators of high level nuclear waste pursuant to Nuclear Waste Policy Act " Pub L 97-425, 96 STAT 2201 et seq;
2. Any and all information regarding estimates of costs related to the development and operation of high level repositories, and what will the cost relating therein be assessed to commercial nuclear facilities using the repository.
3. Any and all information concerning the contract re-quirements needed for the inclusion of a Commercial Nuclear Generating Station into the Nuclear Uaste Fund. Further, all documents and records regarding what is entailed in the advance contract requirement, f $ ,
