YELLOW CREEK NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - PLACEEZNT OF EARTHFILL IN ERCW SPRAY PCND - NCR YC-077 - REVISED FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-CIE Inspector M. Thomas on June 23, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). A final report was submitted on July 10, 1980.
