SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector R. W. Wright on March 21, 1960, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

Our first interim report was submitted on April 21, 1980. Enclosed is our second interim report. We expect to submit our next report by August 1, 1980.

Please note that this nonconformance was initially numbered liCR CEB 80-17.
