NCR YC-034 REV. 1 - FINAL REPORT On October 25, 1979, M. J. Gouge, NRC-OIE Region II, was inforced that the subject nonconformance was determined to be reportable in accord-ance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our first interim report dated November 26, 1979.
