NCR YC-034 Rev.1 - FIRST INTERLM REPORT On October 25, 1979, M. J. Gouge, NRC-0IE Region II, was informed that the subject nonconformance was determined to be reportable in accord-ance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). Enclosed is our first interim report. We expect to submit our next report by February 22, 1980.
