Docket No. 50-206 NRC Requested Information San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 This letter confirms telephone notification to members of the Regulatory staff regarding the delayed submittal of the results of the analysis of the impact of automating the Auxiliary Feedwater System (AFWS) on the existing safety analysis for San Onofre Unit 1. As the final engineering of the automatic AFWS has progressed, some changes have resulted in the design which have impacted the analysis so that additional time will be required to complete our evaluation. It is estimated that the information will be submitted by March 2, 1981.
