Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Enclosed are sixty-three copies of Amendment No. 19 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 Operating License Applications. This amendment contains responses to several "open items", responses to additional questions transmitted to SCE by NRC letters dated December 21, 1979, March 20, and May 23, 1980 and miscellaneous corrections, clarifications and additions to FSAR information. In order to facilitate your review of this amendment, Enclosure I identifies revisions of the FSAR which are non-question related.

The proprietary information referenced in the response to NRC Question 222.34 concerning the description and listing of input data used in the San Onofre Units 2 and 3 Steam and Feedwater Line Break analysis will be transmitted to the NRC under separate cover in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 2.790.
