Draft RAI B.1.4-4: Related to the Operating Experience Open Item The staff discussed the staff's position in the Interim Staff Guidance LR-ISG-2011-05, "Ongoing Review of Operating Experience."

The applicant understands the staff's concern and discussed submitting a response to the RAI.
