TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL SEABROOK STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION February 23,2012 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (the applicant), held a telephone conference call on February 23, 2012, to discuss requests for additional information (RAls) concerning the Seabrook Station license renewal application (LRA).

RAI 8.2.1.28-3 and RAI 8.2.1.28-4: Related to the ASME Code Section XI. Subsection IWL Aging Management Program The staff discussed its concerns on the license renewal schedule based on an inadequate response to the RAls.

The applicant understands the staff's concern and discussed submitting the RAI response in March 2012 with sufficient detail to continue on track with the license renewal schedule.

The staff will not send an RAI.
