This letter is to inform you that effective January 3,2012, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's License Renewal Project Manager responsibility for the Seabrook Station, Unit 1 (Seabrook) license renewal review is transferred from Mr. Richard Plasse to Mr. Arthur Cunanan.
