Dear Sir or Madam:
Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power) hereby submits as specified in 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4) a report of changes contained in Revision 7 of the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Units 1 and 2 Physical Security Plan (PSP). The revision incorporates the guidance contained in the NEI 03-12, Revision 7 template. The changes were assessed per 10 CFR 50.54(p) and were determined not to reduce the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP. The Plan was made effective on July 24, 2012.
A CD-ROM titled "CPNPP Security Plan Rev. 7 - NON-Publicly Available" is included with this submittal. File 001 of the CD-ROM contains the Comanche Peak PSP which is sensitive information that has intrinsic security value designated as safeguards information (SGI) and should be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 73.22. The CD-ROM also contains a file designated as security related information (SRI) which should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. The CD-ROM contains the following two (2) files:
001 CPNPP Units I and 2 PSP Rev 7.pdf 965,095 bytes, Non-Publicly Available (SGI) 002 CPNPP PSP Rev 7 Summary of Deviations and Changes.pdf 16054 bytes, Non-Publicly Available (SRI)
The enclosed CD-ROM contains SGI. When separated from the CD-ROM, this document is decontrolled.
