The changes reflected in Revision 18 implement requirements under 10 CFR Part 73 and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR §50.54(p)(2). The effective date of implementation for Revision 18 is August 3, 2012.
A "Synopsis of Change" is included to facilitate review. Details regarding implementation of each change are documented and available for inspection. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Duke Energy Physical Security Plan.
Revision 18 contains Safeguards Information and must be protected from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR §73.21.
