In the Licensing Boards September 23, 2010, Order (Confirming Matters Addressed at September 15, 2010, Telephone Conference), we indicated that the hearing on Contention 3 would be held in late February or early March 2010. The Board has determined to hold the hearing on March 2, 2011, in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and may also conduct oral argument on the new pending contentions on March 3, 2011. As we had previously directed the parties to hold this time period open, the Board does not anticipate that any party will have any problem with these dates. If any party has a significant and serious problem with these dates, the Board will consider a request to reschedule for March 8-9 or March 9-10, provided any party requesting such a change indicates the precise reason for the change and that all other parties
2 are available on the alternate dates, and does this no later than January 5, 2011.
