DETAILS: A reporter from the Kansas City Times contacted C. Wisner (PA0) RIV, and said he had received an anonymous telephone call and that the caller alleged there to have been a pipe break in the contair. ment building at Wolf Creek Generating Station on 7/7/85.

Further, it was alleged that there had been a worker receive a 6 rem exposure from this incident. Allgtn was inspected by D.Spitzberg & D.Chaney, radiation specialists, RIV, during their scheduled site inspection the week of 7/15-19/85.

Anonymous allgtn found to be unsubstantiated & its recomended closure with a copy of NRC Inspection Report 50-482/85-31 is forthcoming.

IR & closecut letter "to whom it may concern" provided for C.Wisner for delivery to the repcrter from KC Times, who will attempt to deliver to anonymous alleger.
