in turn notified RIV NRC of alleger's concerns. Alleger indicated concerns

over safety-related lack of qualified / organizational effective Quality

Assurance Programs or Quality Control inspection on site. A summary of

allegations were forwarded in memorandum form to Division of Reactor Safety and

Projects Chief, R. P. Denise, on March 14, 1985.
