Allegation RIV-84-A-0098
This provides updating information for the closeout of subject allegation.
This allegation's case file was provided to R. K. Herr, Director, RIV OI, on
April 5,1985, for examination relative to a mentioned matter of intimidation.
After reading the RIV COL case file, as well as the NRC's Inspection Report,
Herr opined that nowhere in any of the documentation (as was presented) is
there mention of, nor discernible description of, intimidation. Based upon
the D0L's case and the alleger's settlement out of court over the matter of
discrimination, and of our findings in Inspection Report 50-482/84-58, this
case is closed effective 04/05/85 with the mailing of the closecut letter and
enclosures.
