Bundy, Resident Inspector DOCUMENT CONTROL AUDIT OF EOF /ND TSC I conducted an audit of randomly selected procedures and drawings at the Wolf Creek Technical Support Center (TSC) on 4/10/85 and the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) on 4/11/85 per your request which I understand was based on expressed concerns.
In selecting the documents which I surveyed, I used the KGSE master drawing file index and the computer based master procedures index.
I selected 16 drawings and found the correct revision levels at both locations. Of 46 procedures selected, I found problems with 9 at the TSC and 13 at the EOF.
Most of these problems involved not having the correct Tenporary Change Notices incorporated fcr the applicable procedure.
The KG6E Emergency Planning Administrator accompanied me on both audits and confirmed my findings.
I also discussed my findings with the KG&E Superintendent of Regulatory, Quality and Administrative Services. The licensee has initiated corrective action which the Resident Inspectors will be monitoring.
