• H. F. Bundy, Resident Inspector DOCUMENT CONTROL AUDIT OF EOF /ND TSC I conducted an audit of randomly selected procedures and drawings at the Wolf Creek Technical Support Center (TSC) on 4/10/85 and the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) on 4/11/85 per your request which I understand was based on expressed concerns. In selecting the documents which I surveyed, I used the KGSE master drawing file index and the computer based master procedures index.

I selected 16 drawings and found the correct revision levels at both locations. Of 46 procedures selected, I found problems with 9 at the TSC and 13 at the EOF. Most of these problems involved not having the correct Tenporary Change Notices incorporated fcr the applicable procedure.

I The KG6E Emergency Planning Administrator accompanied me on both audits '

and confirmed my findings. I also discussed my findings with the KG&E Superintendent of Regulatory, Quality and Administrative Services. The licensee has initiated corrective action which the Resident Inspectors will be monitoring.
