DETAILS: Concerns were in the areas of Department of Labor complaint (more

expeditious job reinstatement), inadequate handling / installation procedures for

equipment (generic), vendor control programs and spare parts reviews, QC

inspectors were not properly trained or did not follow procedures, misrouting

and termination of electrical cables within cabinets / improper cable

terminations lugs. To be resolved prior to full power licensing. IR
